Been having headaches had CT scan I have a polyp in Sphenoid

I have been having horrible headaches about my left eye. Here is what the cat scan read. Images reviewd at bone windoes demonstrate mild mucosal thickening in the poseterior medial spect of the left sphenoid sinus with a polypoid lesion. So my MD gave me a 30 days supply of Augmentin and Flonase. The problem with flonase is that when I use it .. it makes the headache worse. Is this serious? What should I do? And since starting the Flonase the left side of my face around the cheek and under the eye feels bruised when I touch it. Thank you for any input.
