Can music headphones really do this??

Hey all,

A friend of ours wears headphones (The nicer ones) when she listens to music. She does like it pretty loud, in my opinion, and she says that when she takes them off, she feels that her balance is slightly off sometimes. Can headphones and music do that ot would something else perhaps be going on?

Thanks to all!
