90 Days Post Tonsilectomy

I am 29 and had my tonsils out 90 days ago. I am having two lingering problems still. The first problem is the back of my tounge almost towards my throat feels like it is dry and raw still.

Secondlly on my right side where the most swollen tonsil was I get a feeling like soemthing is stuck sort of where my tounge, last widsom tooth and the area where my tonsil was meet. I get an occasional feeling that somethign is pressing on my throat region under where the most swollen tonsil was and my ear still gets clogged with tinitis and pain.

The diagnosis was bacterial infections. Could it be I still have the infection? Or should I be worried, I have felt in the region and not felt any lumps. But I am sure between scoping my throat pre op and the surgert if something was growing they would have seen it. Any clue?
