Something moving in my ear?

I woke up about an hour ago to a high pitch brief noise and then this feel like a bubble or noise is moving in my ear.

I don't know if something flew in my ear?

I tried a hot wash cloth over my ear to see if it would pull something out, nothing. Used a Q-tip and cleaned my ear but didn't resolve the issue.

I found this thread which is pretty much what I am experiencing but I am wondering if there is something I can do to make it stop? I am trying to go back to sleep but keep feeling like there is movement deep in my ear!
