bbri06 Newbie (male) Join Date: Feb 2012 Location: Ojai Posts: 1	Mononucleosis - Tonsils oozing pus I was recently diagnosed with mononucleosis, and my tonsils are very swollen. I opened my mouth to check them this morning, and I noticed that my right tonsil was oozing pus from a certain spot. That tonsil now has significantly less pain than the left one. It also looks a little smaller than the left one. Is this a serious problem, or is this normal with mono?
