Radiesse injection in vocal cord

I would like to hear from anyone who has had Radiesse injections in a paralyzed vocal cord. I have a paralyzed vocal cord (right ) due to thyroid surgery (Papillary Carcinoma) and I am considering Radiesse injections as a way of getting my voice back. My voice has very little volume and a very high tone. A sore throat is an everyday problem. I am considering either a fat injection or Radiesse. I understand that the latter is more durable but I am concerned with complications such as calcification, hard lumps etc.

If you have had an experience of this procedure, please let me know. I would appreciate any first hand information since all the medical journals are all about the positive statistics and very little mention of the detailed complications.

Many thanks.
