Very sore throat and thick saliva after exercise
Every time a run or work out I get a searing pain in my throat, really thick saliva and feel dazed (feeling dizzy and the lights are to bright). It takes me 15-30 minutes after I'm done the activity to get my normal breathing pattern back and for the pain and thick saliva to go away/be normal.
I'm not over weight, I don't smoke, I stay hydrated, I'm young and I walk every where. But this is really stopping me from getting a healthy as I want to be. I mean, I can hardly run to beat a red light with out feeling like this.
I get the feeling that I'm not getting enough oxygen, but I don't know how to fix it. I'd hate to trouble my doctor with this if its common.
