Tender glands in jaw & neck

I've had tenderness and tingling in my jaw glands and neck periodically for the last week and a half. Also, pain builds in the right side of my neck if I slump my head to the right (like when I'm falling asleep in a chair.) Anyone know what could be causing this? I don't feel like I have a cold. Aside from this I feel perfectly fine.
