Patulous Eustachian Tube--Premarin

Hi everyone,

After more than a decade of ear problems, I was finally diagnosed by an ENT with patulous eustachian tube dysfunction. I don't have the autophony that is common to most sufferers of this. My main symptom is the feeling of congested ears.

The doc put me on premarin drops and so far no real change. It's been a week. He told me after a week with no improvement to get the pharmacist to dispense me drops for the ear rather than the nose. Has anyone tried this?

Has anyone had success with premarin either way?

Thanks for your time.
