Having difficult time adjusting to above - spray winds up in the sink - one nostril is blocked by polyps 70% and other must be greatly swollen. In any event, don't want to overdo it as congestion is pretty bad. How many times per day is irrigation allowed? And, there is no infection at present - simply chronic sinusitis.
You can use it as often as you want. But with blockage that severe, it's not going to do a lot of good. Are you planning to have it surgically repaired?
Not planning on having surgery - had sinus surgery in 2009 and they grew back very rapidly and the infections continued. And, I have knee replacement coming up next month. As for the polyps, I am going to a new ENT next week and I will see what he has to say. Thanks very much for your concern.
