Quick earwax question

Lately my right ear has been feeling a bit full and ringing so I decided to use peroxide to remove any wax. I put some in my ear and waited a few minutes but there was barely any bubbling. Then I did the same to my left ear (which wasn't feeling full or ringing like the other ear was) and the peroxide bubbled and crackled a lot, which is odd because that ear wasn't even bothering me much. Is there a way there could be blockage in my right ear causing the peroxide to not reach the wax in my right ear?
