Sputum blocks throat

I am not too sure how i can describe my throat condition but i always cough up sputum all day long especially after i have eaten some food during the day. In the morning when i wake up i am fine until i ate breakfast that's where my throat problem starts, it blocks whereby it tickles me when i am talking and it shall force me to cough to clear up. The sputum is very thick and greenish, this will happen all day long. i am not sure what is really happening but i once read somewhere on the internet and i found that i can drink tea mixed with honey just to loosen up the cough and i had tried it and it is somehow worked but it does not stop the sputum from building up in the throat, it only loosen it up so that i can cough easily not too hard.

Sometimes maybe 1 out 10 i cough sputum mixed with a slight dots of blood especially in the morning.

If you have experienced this please let me know what could be the solution.
