Nose Bleeds from ?

I've been having nose bleeds I think from using nasal sprays to treat allergies. I went to my primary doctor who said that I had an abrasion on the inside of one nostril and to use vaseline which I did. But still after the scabs come off, it bleeds again. Usually is ok for 2 weeks then bleeds again if I use a Q tip or blow too hard which dislodges the scab. It's up high in my nostril so I can't see it.

Last week I went to ENT and he said the area didn't look bad at all and not in need of cauterization. Suggested I buy a tube of moisturizer made for the inside of the nose. I put some on a q tip as advised and touched the inside of my nose and it started it bleeding again. I'm not sure what to do. How could my nose be bleeding but not look like there's a problem? Has anyone had this problem before and what did you do to resolve it?
