MRI Neck Soft Tissue

I just had an MRI last night so that an ENT can look at the tendons and ligaments in my neck. I know that MRIs are better for soft tissue, but should this imaging also show if there's any fracture or dislocation of bone, such as the hyoid?

Re: MRI Neck Soft Tissue

It was an MRI of soft tissue in the neck, but I'm hoping that it will also show if there are any problems with bone. Does anyone know if that's the case?
