I used to come here alot under a different name. Went to an ED center and
thought I was cured. Got married, went on a honeymoon and bam! went right back to b/p. Now I do it only once every 2 weks or so which is a huge improvement...But I always think of food, weight, cellulite, and chew soooooooooomuch gum it makes me sick! I eat normal. I want to know how many calories a normal weight 28 yr. old semi- active girl should eat in a day to stay at the same weight. I hear 2,000 cals, and 1,800. I know 1200 is too low. But I want a rough idea of what I should be consuming. How can i quit gum? Any one else addicted to it too?
