major over excercising! and that food is like...one meal for most ppl. wat u ate was very little, but im impressed becasue u are trying to get better and i commend u!


just lower the excericse like the other girls sed. even 30 minutes is plenty for cardio. u are on ur way to great success and i am proud of u hun!

just keep er' cool..relax, watch tv, settle down, drink tea with ur gramma. lol
