regarding my lax post a while back

Hey guys? I hope all is going as well as it can. I posted a message before on how I went to a communion party and ate way too much. Then I took laxatives. I have actuily gotten a bit better.

thankyou guys for responding to me. It was nice to hear that I wasent alone. To answer some of the questions, I'm 17 years old female.

I have stopped weighing myself alot and tried to focus on a diet. I've actuily been doing good for 1 1/2 weeks now! That is a lot for me. I havent even weighed myself since, which is also a big step. What my problem is, (I'm sure everyone knows what I'm talking about)....Is when you start of the day great, then you go out to eat or someone offers you a few cookies, and you just go downhill from there. I get the "I already ate one I'll just eat them all" additude. Its been getting better however and I hope it will for you guys too.

I hate that "well i already ate one" feeling. And then if i pass on the cookie, I get dirty looks from my friends but they just dont understand how hard it is for me to eat just one cookie! Congrats on your week and a half though thats incredible!!!

Re: regarding my lax post a while back

Hey! Oh man I know what you guys mean! Your at a friends house and you feel like you haveto eat like everyone else. I mean, I'm around 125 lbs so me giving up a cookie is like, "ARE you trying to go on a diet or something!?" People just dont understand. Have you guys tried telling anyone? I tried telling my dad but I dont think it really helped. I mean, when I was going through one of my "eating a lot stages" all he said was, "wow your eating a lot lately". It ****ed me off soo much. I just dont think he understands. Any one that doesent have this eating disorder doesent understand. God bless
