Thanks a lot for the post. You couldn't have written it at a better time. I'm glad that you made it through the weekend and that your mom was there for you.
I had a rough time this weekend and today. I have lost a bit more weight according to the scales, but why do I still feel overweight, especially my legs? I honestly don't feel thin. I am now in this routine of eating the same thing everyday at around the same time. I have a small bowl of soup and a bagel. I go to the same shop everyday and even got an article about the exact calorie and fat content of each thing, so I can find the most low fat one. That's all I will allow myself and then I will take a bunch of laxatives and do situps. My goal was to get to 125, but now that I'm there I keep saying just 8 more pounds. I will stop when I hit 118lbs. My mom lives five hours away and I only see her every couple of months. Friday night I was talking to her and I was having these chest pains. I told her and she got wound up and said I hope you aren't dieting too much like at Christmas. I just quickly got her off the subject and she let it go after. Anyway, sorry for going on so long. I just really appreciate your post, since I can't talk to anyone about this. I find I don't phone most of my friends back and just keep to myself a lot, except when I am at work these days. Take care of yourself. I wish I could be more motivating for you.
