Question am i okay?

I have always been pretty skeptical about my weight(since 13), although never too bugged to do anything about it. However, this past October I just moved in with my boyfriend. I eat upto once a day at the most, and even then his mom says that i do not eat enough to feed a bird, but to me it is just too much. But I usually eat only 3 times a week at the most. But I just am not hungry. I hate the way I look, although my love says that I look perfect. Since I moved here 2 months ago, I have lost 45 pounds. But I just don't see where. I do not think I have a problem, and neither do others, although they do notice I have lost some weight. but no one has said anythign like they are worried about me or anything, so I don't think I have an eating disorder, but I just don't know. Any advice? Thanks,

Hi Jen
i think that eating one meal a day is very unhealthy if u have a small appetite thats ok some people do, but try spacing out what u eat throughout the day. for example eat three small meals, break up that one meal u would eat for the day,if u do not eat throughout the day then you will probably find yourself getting tired very quickly. I guess thats all

you dont mention your weight or height, but you sound like you have an ED to me. Try and confide in your other half about the way you feel towards food and your self-image. People are usually a lot more understanding about EDs than you would otherwise think,
