Hey everyone! I haven't posted for a long time, but I wanted to inform you on my progress!

I can't even begin to say how much happier I am right now! I have put on about five pounds and I am feeling 110% better! My running is so much better too! I am within five seconds of breaking the school record in the 2 mile!

There are still times when I look at food and think of all the fat in it. But then I remember that fat is also a source of energy! So I eat it! I tell the stupid anorexic voice in my head that eating food is good. I am not going to loose my battle...I want to be healthy again. AND I WILL BE!

To all of you out there that are still struggling....please get help. You are worth something! Your life should be happy and you should love yourself.

hey babe, i am so glad that you are doing better, it means alot to me and i am so proud of you , you always said that we would get through it together.

Jen,
I have the biggest smile on my face after reading your post! You're times will only drop more as you get healthier! You are an inspiration and should be very proud of yourself. I hope that others can look to you as a source of hope. Take care and stay positive!
