I went to "group" today and really felt better after talking to these other women who are in similar situations to me. The past couple days i've really really tried to eat some more and i've been making appointments with my therapist. I weighed myself today and i have gained a pound. It scares me a little but I dont' want to lose my hair or continue to pass out in practice.
