taking my mind off eating i noticed that loads of people read the messages and don't actually reply. It helps to hear other people's stories and helps u figure out what to do.

hey there,

i read all the posts but rarely respond. this is only because i can not relate to many of the issues people bring up and i feel that i should not give my opinion on the matter if i am not educated in the area. that's all! it does seem annoying though!
