I kno how you feel, when you feel depressed you can't stop yourself from binging. Try being around people, avoid being alone! Go out and try and have fun! I find that if I stay away from food and am enjoying myself, I won't eat. Take a bubble bath, go shopping, call up your friends, go for a walk, anything to keep your mind off food. Maybe even get a job? I hope this advice helps, hang in there
