 Stressed!
Hey, everyone!
How is everyone doing? I haven't been on here in a while. I've been really busy w/ school stuff. When I get more time then I am going to check everything out on here and respond to you all.
I need to talk. You all are the only people that seem to understand. I guess it is cause you all are going through the same type of things. I am so stressed out about a lot of stuff. I went to the doctor today about my eating disorder and the doctor I seen said part of the reason my food comes up so easy may be from a type of med. I am taking for Fibromyalgia. Then I explained everything about the exercising, the weight, the weighing myself a million times a day, the guilt, and etc. He put me on something to see if it will help any and he said that I would probably need to go to a phsycologist. I can't handle this stuff anymore. It's driving me crazy! What do I do? How do I deal with it? Has anyone else went to a phsycologist? If so, did it help? Well I will write more later...I gotta get ready for b-ball practice. Thanx for listening!!!!
