 Lost control= back to square one!
Hey...I am back...kinda...hope you are all doing OK
The other week I starved for 4 days, I felt good and found myself not wanting to eat again coz I felt good. The only problem is, that weekend I went to my best mate's for da weekend- her parents went away. we went out 2 nights in a row drinking and I kinda had to eat like 'normal'.
Now I feel fat and useless and a complete failure. I don't have an ED. I am not thin, I used to binge and purge but I don't. I do take diet pills sometimes and take diuretics.
I am starving starting from today...it is 14:18pm where I am now. So I will try and give you updates though out the week.
All I ask is for your support during this starving period...it can get lonely!!
