At this present moment in time I hate myself, I feel fat and bloated. From Friday, I have been over-eating/bingeing. Tonight I have more or less picked/constantly ate. I know, I know…this is probably due to me hardly eating through the week but I am just feeling really really lonely and I dunno who to turn to!!!
How do u stop these impulsions to eat??? I know I will wake up tomorrow and click back into not eating mode until I feel empty again. I feel so damn fat. I just wanna cry.
I am tired…but don’t wanna go to sleep coz these kcals are just gonna stick to me if I don’t stay up a bit longer. I feel so alone. Asthough I am the only person who does what I do.
