Help - Eating Disorder Recovery Message Board

I have been eating well and excerising for a little over two months now. I feel like I am working so hard and getting no where, so the other night I was really hungary so I ate and ate then I made myself throw up, I have thought about it alot and I did. Sense then I have done it about 6 more times. I am scared what is going to happen to me, it is becoming an addictation all most. My boyfriend thinks that it is because of him that I am doing this, I told him the truth. So now he blames himself, he should not and it is not something that is serious yet but I like it. HELP what is wrong with me????

Scared gal, have yu had this problem before? If this is a relapse, think hard about what may have triggered it. Making yourself throw up is a serious problem, which, fortunately, you probably realize, otherwise you wouldn't have posted here. Seek professional help, and best of luck.
