Hi! there are a lot of nutritional shakes, like Ensure on the market. They're great as supplements, but I wouldn't recommend them by themselves. Liquid diets will leave you tired and will make your muscles waste away. You are what you eat, in a way . . . Do you want your body to be made out of liquid, or whole grains, fruits and veggies, etc? The shakes are a good way to start getting your goal amount of calories in, but not a good idea for long-term use.
