I'm sorry your mom is always on your back about what you eat. That has to be horrible. Is she concerned that you need to LOSE weight or that you're losing TOO much weight? Either way having someone watching over your food allthe time just makes the thoughts about food even more unavoidable! Please realize, though, that you are beautiful the way you are. And if you're thinking about losing weight, try it the "healthy" way. Eat balanced meals, do regular exercise. It sounds as if you are realizing that you may already be in the grips of an ED...if this is the case realize that you are not alone and that you deserve help just as much as everyone else!
