This sounds pretty serious. 35kg’s is extremely unhealthy. I can’t say I know exactly what to tell you, but by the sounds of it, there are most definitely some important reasons why your weight is staying so low. You should definitely go and see your doctor as soon as possible about this – s/he can tell you exactly what’s wrong and possibly giving you a special diet to follow among other things.
I know some people would think that the most logical thing to do would be to eat junk food all day and do hardly any exercise whatsoever – but I think you probably realise that’s not the way to go! All that will do is put stress on your heart and make you completely unhealthy. The best thing to do is go and see your doctor.
