I hate looking like this! i hate JIGGLING when i walk!! i hate all of this $#|+!!!! i feel like where ever i go, all people are noticing is how fat i am, and how aweful i look. i know that i look better than all my friends, but here is the weird part: i don't think any of them look bad, but i think i look like $#|+! the facts that i have abnormally large breasts for my age (c cup, only age 13), i have a small head, and my thighs never seem to get smaller doesn't help at all!! what the heck do i do? i know i want to lose weight, and my mom and i agreed that 115 would be a good looking weight, but how do i get there??? i am soooo tired of all of it! i neeeeeeed to look better than i do now!! PLEASE HELP WITH ANY INPUT!!!

i think because ur growing into a woman and gaining excess where u didnt used to u r feeling this. i know i did. im 15 years old and have been 34dd for as long as i can remember i started growin up. ur size isnt abnormally large its actually a good size not too big not too small. im sure ur friends r jealous! i think when u get older ull appeciate this. im around ur weight and 5ft 1 and im not happy either. but i know im not enormously fat either. so i dont think that u r and u feel u need to look better...i got a nice expensive bra that stopped the jiggling lol!! you said u look better than all your friends so im sure your very pretty aswell. u r too young to be worrying so much. u dont have to be stick thin to be good looking as im sure you know. christina ricci is a role model for me...shes small like us in height and she used to be very curvy like us too. now im very saddened cos she has lost weight n became very skinny and myself and soo many of her fans think she looked so much better hen she was bigger because some of the charm and confidence with herself and her womanlyness was lost. i hope u begin to love yourself for who u r and because ur still growing into a beautiful young woman. stop worrying

thank you so much! i feel quite a bit better about it today then i did yesterday. you are such a nice person! yes, people tell me that it is mostly just the way that i SEE myself, not how i really am. it is so uplifting to know that other people understand how i feel, and that some even have delt with the same feelings. thank you!

Hi! you shouldn't feel that way cause your height and weight seems ok to me, plus you are developing your body will go through allot of changes.
I being a cup D since I am 11, now am 23 yrs old, and I am 5'3 158, when I go down to 145 I look ok my ideal weight would be 130, don't go by what you see on tv or hear about size cause is not right, it all depends on your body type and body frame, breast add allot of weight, so even if a loose too much weight my clothes size will be pretty weird for example I can be a size 9 pants and size 11 shirts, or if a get a dress everything will be fine except on my breast area, so don't make the mistake I made growing up miserable think I was fat and always being on diets, all I did was get more fat and develop eating disorders,

trust me just eat right and try to exercise, build a good self esteem by looking everyday at the mirror and tell your self how beautiful you are even if you don't believe it at first but eventually you will.

yes thats true aswell...when i was about 11 or so just because i started growing i thought i was fat..and those feelings grew with me. i look back now and i realise something we could all learn from - we r never happy in the moment because as humans we always WANT. so think to youself. if u continue being depressive over something which isnt really there or is very small then u might gain more and more by comfort eating. so as the above post says quite rightly..just be happy , positive and eat well to feed ur growing up needs. dont be afraid to pig out if u are being active aswell because balance is what u should be aiming for. stay happy ( if only i could follow my own advice lol )
