Im new to this and im kinda looking for someone to talk to about chewing food and then spitting it out! I've been doin it now for quite some time. It started with being annorexia, then i was forced to eat and secretely spit it out! I used to do it with everything i ate, but now i only do it like once a day and that's all i eat is what i spit out! IF any ONE has any information out there, please let me know! Thanks,

Hello, Im new and saw your post. I have the same problem, spitting food out, except I eat too, but then when I binge i spit food out. I cant control it either. I stopped for a while, I dont know how, but now Im back at it again, stopping at a bunch of stores like im on a binge like some bulimics and then i binge, except spit it out and it is pure hell but i cant seem to stop, and it is way too gross to talk to anyone about!
You are not alone. This is a common characteristic of eating disorders. I used to do this, unfortunatly in the past few weeks my eating disorder has changed slightly...but you ARE NOT ALONE.
