Checking back in - Eating Disorder Recovery Message Board

Hi. Thought I'd check back in. I had my surgery. (Almost didn't since I hadn't gained some of the weight they told me I had to) But, they gave me it anyway. Did really well while recovering. (Well, hubby was watching me like a hawk) Now we're both back to work so I'm scared I'll go right back into my bad eating habits. Going to really try though.
Well, anyway... just thought I'd write. Hope you're all doing great. Missed coming to this board. It's one of my greatest supports.

Hi Justd!! I'm glad to hear everything went well for you, and also good job on eating well these days, remember always have faith in yourself and you'll see that you're stronger than your ed and that your eating habits will continue to be normal and healthy indefinitely. Good job and Good luck, I hope everything keeps marching on the right track for you!

sooooooooo glad to hear that you've been doing well!!!!!!! Can't really talk right now, got a zillion things going on, didn't want to let this good thing go by without a congrats!!

Hey Justd,
Welcome back. I miss seeing your posts. I'm also glad that your recovery went well. You know hon, you can lean un us on this forum anytime and we will do what we can to help you out. Hang in there hon and if you do slide back at all, just pick yourself up and start again.
