I never realised you also suffered from an eating disorder! I'm so sorry about that.

I'm sure you'll get some wonderful responses from the people here at this board - I know I've found it to be extremely helpful.
As for the binge eating - congratulations for how far you've already come in those ten months! Did you ever receive any help for the binge eating or did you do it on your own? If you haven't already, please go and talk to a counselor because if you don't find OTHER, HEALTHIER ways to cope with whatever's making you do this, you'll only jump from one thing to another.

Please go and get professional help.
As well as that, maybe you could come up with a list of other things you can do when you feel the need to binge, etc. My therapist had me do this and always keep a list with me, so whenever I felt the need to purge or binge, I could take out the list and choose from a range of things to do - like spend some time riding or grooming my horse, going for a run, reading a book, etc. I quickly found out which of those things worked and which didn't. For instance, reading a book wouldn't help me because it didn't distract me enough to take my mind off all those ED thoughts. Maybe you could try something like this?
