I'm sorry to hear about your binge eating. How long have you had this problem? Have you gone to a doctor and a psychologist? Is there anyone you can openly to talk to? I would suggest you telling someone so they can help you. I have found that if I have someone to "report" to about my eating, I do better.
If you feel like you are out of control with your eating, try keeping yourself busy. After you eat a comfortable amount of food (not too full, but not hungry still) go for a walk, or take a little run. Try writing poems or going to the mall. Do anything to keep you away from the kitchen or food. I promise you'll feel better! ED's are horrible things and I believe that almost every girl has one because of the stupid media and those dumb pictures of super skinny models. That is not beautiful...beautiful woman are happy on the inside and out no matter how they look!
