Has anyone tried omega oil and multivitamins to try to beat this battle- I heard the omega oil helps your brain function and could possible help the receptors and all that in the body image section.
When you deprive your body of essential oils/fats your brain malfunctions- your brain is made of cholesterol and etc.
Does anyone here have OCD as well? I've read that it is common to have both an eating disorder and an OCD as well. among other things.
I personally (fairly recently 2 years massive) anxiety eat. My sisters use to be both bullemic and anorexic in their teen years till late twenties.
Anyway I read so I thought somewhere within this forum that someone went to school and thier prof. was telling them about a study on obese people surviving on water for a long period of time but closely monitored in the hospital. I would really like to correspond through this forum about that. Thank you for responding in advance.
Yes I have been through anorexia AND (pretty severe) OCD. I am on Prozac for the OCD now, have been for over 2 years, and it has really really helped me!!
