Don't beat yourself up about eating. It doesn't sound like you've eaten much at all today, especially since you excercised so much last night. When you're excercising so much your body needs more food and you'll have a bigger appetite. It's normal and healthy to feed your body when it's hungry. Just try to stick to those times...when your hungry. And listen to your body. You're body won't let you get fat, it doesn't want to be fat. Relax, and know that you're doing good by eating when you're hungry.
I know how you feel though. Whenever I eat what seems like a lot I feel bad about myself and think I'm gaining weight on the spot. But obviously I'm not. It's something we have engrained in us...that eating is bad and makes us fat. But the purpose of eating is to feed our bodies and nourish ourselves. It's a good thing, and we have to do it often (thank goodness

. Just try to listen to your body and see what it needs when you're hungry. It knows if it needs a salad or if it needs a cookie. And don't feel bad about eating when you need to eat. It's perfectly healthy!
Good luck and relax...it sounds like you're doing great, and making good choices about what you eat.
