chookie, you come up with some great ideas!! well for me a big trigger is reading "diet" magazines, they act like they want to help but the diet industry is a huge moneymaker so that is not the case, second is stepping on the scale and basing life on that,third, watching certain tv shows with super skinny, beautiful models, especially with my husband, as i think he likes everyone like that, 4th just sticking to safe foods, because if i slip, then i feel huge. hope you are well!! case
