What a wonderful idea!!!
My goals for recovery....
1. Maintain my weight at the weight I'm currently at.
2. Follow my meal plan.
3. Be honest and open with my therapist, nutritionist, and family.
4. Keep taking my meds.
5. Stop using laxatives. (I bought more

)
6. Continue to eat so I can have enough energy to go on vaca this summer!!! YIPPEEE!!!
7. Relax.
8. Realize food is medicine, and I don't have to feel guilty for giving myself food.
9. Realize I am deserving.
10. And finally...Be able to finally LOVE myself and body!!!!
Boy...I just realized I have a long way to go. OH well!!! I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!
