This week I bought The Idiot's Guide to Total Nutrition, from the famed Idiot's series. This book has information on every dietary compound you could ask for, info on being pregnant and nursing, different types of vegetarian diets, and yes, even exercise. and I'm looking forward to starting it.
Also on my reading list is Binge Breaker! - How to Stop Out of Control Eating and Lose Weight by Dr. Peter M. Miller.
