want a buddy - Eating Disorder Recovery Message Board

i have never posted here but have been reading the posts for a while. i am sooo sick of going days with eating nothing, then binging at the end of the week bc i am famished only to feel complete guilt. i want to be 95 pounds, which i don't think is unreasonable seeing as though i am only about 5 foot tall. i am scared that if i eat more than one meal a day i will blow up. i just don't know what to do and i need some help. maybe just someone to talk to or a buddy to chat with and track my progress and hold me accountable. please help, anyone who thinks they may be able to relate.

I dont binge but I do purge and eat very minimaly. I would love to speak with you and I understand where your coming from.

hey i'd love to chat and relate to you. im always paranoid about the things i eat and the way i think they will make me so unbelievably huge. i've been bulimic for about a year now altho its not as bad as it once was thank god. i cant stop eating though, i love my food. but when i know ive eaten over the limit i need to rid of it and as much as i can. the most annoying thing is that i know that purging wont rid of everything in my stonmach so i end up bullying myself in my mind and its driving up the wall!. i dont want you to keep what you have to say bottled up so im always here to talk, im a really good listener.
