 laxative abuse
Hey All!
I just wanted to scare/warn all those who are currently using or thinking of abusing laxatives. I used them for over a year everyday...thinking it would help PURGE the food from my body. First off...it didn't! I still gained weight and now I can't go to the bathroom! My stomach is so bloated I look pregnant! So now, not only am I suffering with my weight, but I also have a huge problem with my digestive system. I've tried everything, from flax seed to psyllium husk cleanses to get MOVING again. Nothing has worked and everyday I am in agony. DON'T even try it! Nothing is worth this pain!
