I'm 21 and have had the same problem in the past and once in a while it creeps back up on me. Do you have an underlying condition like depression or anxiety?
Do you feel like you eat when you're sad or happy?
Do you feel hungry all the time or do you eat when you're bored?
I ask these questions because you first need to understand your feelings and why you do it in order to prevent yourself from getting out of hand. You can stop this cycle, it's very, very tough but with the right care and the right self-knowledge you can do it.
Do you feel like you lose control? You may be an emotional eater.

Do a search on the internet for COE and binge eating and try to team up with a group on a support board specificaly for this problem. There's help out there, especially on the internet when you can't afford to see a doctor.
