When you were younger, was candy considered "off limits?" This may be one reason why you tend toward this behavior. Despite what you say, though, you can stop doing it. As was said earlier, concentrate on foods such as fruits and vegetables, fish, chicken, pasta, etc. Actually, fruit does have natural sugars in it (which are healthy), so you can replace the candy with sweet, juicy fruits. Try it...it may help to curb your desire for candy
