iwanttobefree Senior Member (female) Join Date: Feb 2006 Posts: 247 Hugs: 0 Hugged 0 Times in 0 Posts Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	does anyone have solid info on this i am still struggling with chewing/spitting food. my nutritionist said i need to factor in that i am probably absorbing twentyfive percent of the calories in the food into my system i dont know if that was just to scare me out of it properly or what but i wondered if anyoe knows the facts re this??
