hey everyone, i just can't do it....eating a meal 3 times a day is a bit much at the moment, although today i have managed it, but am sitting here at my computer desperately trying to stop myself losing it and running to the bathroom. have other recovering bulimics found this? i have tried eating little and often, but that usually leads to binging cos i'm so hungry

Try not to worry about tomorrow until tomorrow. You accomplished something great today so focus on that and give yourself the credit you deserve. You dont want to go backwards so the way to keep progressing and moving forward is to keep taking care of and feeding your body. Way to go on eating 3 meals and stay focused on the wonderful things that getting well will bring you: health, self-confidence, peace...the list goes on and on.....
