question about meetings

My little sister is a recovering anorexic and has spent a great deal of time in rehab. She has gone through a lot of therapy as have my parents. I, however, have my own husband and children so I have never been invited to any of this. I feel I need some counciling and training on how to cope with my own feelings about this situation and how to properly deal with my sister. What kind of therapy should I find? I would really appreciate any help I can get.
