I don't know where else this could go, but I just need some advice.
I am a VERY fussy eater. I can't bring myself to be adventurous. Throughout the day I will eat cereal for breakfast, maybe a ham sandwich or three sausages for lunch, and cereal for dinner.
On a Sunday, we have Sunday dinner, and it's usually stew with all sorts of things in it. I do not eat this. I make my own gravy, boil my own peas (as I can't eat anything that's been mixed together) and eat maybe a Yorkshire pudding and some meat.
That is basically my diet. It's not healthy and I hate it.
I don't like ANYTHING that the average person wouldn't think twice about eating.
What can I do to start eating healthier?
