hey there! I have posted before on here i used to be 208 pounds it took me two years to lose the weight i am now 133.5 for 5'5 and i have an eating dissorder i eat very little portions and no dairy and was on a strict vegetarian diet but my family has been forcing me to eat protein such as eggs and turkey but i am scared to gain weight with it.. any suggestions on adding those to my diet without gaining any weight? thank you
