| | Do I have an eating disorder?
I'm 19, 5'6 and i weigh 155. I'm trying really hard to lose 20/25 pounds though.
But anyways, I feel like all i do is eat. I don't have a job right now (looking. desperately) and i'm not taking classes yet so all i do is sit around the house and eat the entire day. I eat whenever i'm bored which is basically all the time. It got so bad once that i basically freaked out when i realized i'd eaten everything i just bought at the grocery store (within 3 days! it wasn't a ton of food. but it def. should have lasted me a week) and i didn't have anything to eat. Like, it's hard for me to watch tv and not snack on something. I snack from the time i wake up, to the time i go to bed! i don't throw up though.
I don't know if that's an eating disorder though. I'm not actually fat, but i just eat a lot. way more than i should in a day.
But now i'm eating healthier. I ran out of groceries like two weeks ago, so now i'm eating whatever my sister buys/has in the house (shes a dietition so it's all healthy stuff. everything is in serving size portions in little baggies too). & i've been exercising more. But i'm really not eating until dinner. I stay up until 3:30 am and i don't wake up til about 1 or 2 the next day so i'm going that long without eating....is that bad?
